ご来館なさる皆様の利便性をさらに向上させるべく、２０２５年５月受付分からオンラインでの窓口予約が可能となりました。
これまでどおり、お電話もしくはメールでのご予約も承っております。
オンライン窓口予約をご利用いただく場合には、以下の注意事項をご確認の上、ご予約願います。
１ 予約専用サイトについて
下記予約するボタンから当館窓口予約サイトの専用ページをご利用いただけます。（査証申請を除く）
予約なしでのご来館は、基本的にご遠慮いただいておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
ご予約日の前日以降、オンラインでの予約変更等ができなくなります。変更等が必要な場合には、お電話で承ります。
２ 必要書類について
申請ごとに必要な書類が異なります。
事前にお手元に必要書類をご準備の上、ご申請願います。
なお、各種届出及び各種証明申請の場合には事前にメールにて必要書類の確認を受けてください。

L'ufficio consolare riceve solo su appuntamento.
Per facilitare ulteriormente gli utenti, oltre che per telefono e via e-mail, da maggio 2025 è possibile prenotare l'appuntamento online.
Se si desidera prenotare online, si prega di leggere attentamente le seguenti note prima di procedere con la prenotazione.
1. Informazioni sul sito dedicato alle prenotazioni
È possibile utilizzare il sito web dedicato alle prenotazioni cliccando sul pulsante “Prenotare” (le richieste di visto sono escluse).
Si prega di notare che, salvo casi di emergenza, non è possibile presentarsi senza prenotazione.
Non è possibile modificare o cancellare la prenotazione online a partire dal giorno precedente alla data prevista per l'appuntamento.
2. Documenti necessari
I documenti da presentare variano a seconda del tipo di richiesta.
Si prega di richiedere l'appuntamento solo dopo aver preparato tutti i documenti necessari.
Per le varie dichiarazioni (nascita, matrimonio ecc.) e richieste di certificati, si prega di verificare in anticipo i documenti necessari scrivendo a consolare@ro.mofa.go.jp
Si prega di notare che il giorno della visita, in caso di mancata presentazione dei documenti necessari, o di mancata conferma via e-mail da parte dell'ambasciata, la richiesta potrebbe non essere accettata nonostante la prenotazione. Si ringrazia per la comprensione.

1. About the appointment reservation website
You can access the reservation web site by clicking the ‘Reservation’ button below. (Excluding visa applications)
Please note that in principle, we cannot accept walk-in visitors without a reservation.
You will not be able to change your reservation online after the day before your reservation date. If you need to change your reservation, please contact us by phone.
2. Required documents
The documents required for each application varies.
Please prepare all necessary documents in advance and submit your application.
For various registration and certificate applications, please confirm the required documents via email in advance.
